An interesting report published by the Business Development Bank of Canada has shown that Canada has 100,000 fewer entrepreneurs than it did 20 years ago despite growing in population size by 10,000,000 over the same period.
Not only this, but it is believed that this sizeable attribution rate could have damaging effects on the overall Canadian economy.
Recommendations to tackle this entrepreneurship crunch include teaching / developing entrepreneurs soft skills through college/university taught entrepreneurship programs.
